1. About Needura
Needura is a reverse marketplace operated by WEBIMA. Clients post requests; providers submit offers; clients choose whom to work with. Needura does not itself sell the goods or services listed in requests.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
3. Requests and offers
Clients are responsible for the content of their requests. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their offers. Agreements between clients and providers are between those parties; Needura is not a party to those deals unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.
4. Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content. Do not attempt to scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform. We may remove content and restrict access when we reasonably believe these rules are broken.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Needura and WEBIMA are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including disputes between clients and providers. The platform is provided “as is.”
