Questions
When do I pay for a request?+
After you review your request, as the last step. Your request is saved first and goes live as soon as the $5 fee is paid. If you leave before paying, you can pay later from your dashboard.
Do providers pay a commission on deals?+
No. Providers pay only the $29 monthly subscription. Prices and payment for the actual job are agreed directly between you and the provider.
Does the subscription renew automatically?+
No. Each payment gives one month of access. We remind you before it ends, and you can buy the next month from your dashboard.
Is there a free trial for providers?+
Yes. New provider accounts get 60 days free, with full access. No payment details are needed for the trial.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes, in the cases described in our Refund Policy, for example if your request is rejected by moderation or you were charged twice.
